REGULATION OF DISTRESSED REAL PROPERTY BY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

I am the Senate sponsor of this House bill by Rep. J. Kerr. The bill gives counties the ability to regulate abandoned and distressed properties that are in foreclosure.
