REGISTRATIONS REGULATORY EFFICIENCY

Senator Bacon and I are the Senate co-sponsors of this House bill by Rep. Looper. The bill repeals duplicative and obsolete provisions regarding the operations of the Division of Registrations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.  The bill passed both the House and the Senate and is awaiting the Governor's consideration.
