HCBS AUTISM SERVICES COORDINATION

I am the Senate sponsor of this bill. Rep. Rice is sponsoring it in the House. The bill amends the part of law regarding Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for Children with Autism by allowing agencies in addition to community centered boards to provide for the case management of services for children with autism when the community centered board is unwilling or unable to provide those services.  The bill was signed into law on April 15, 2010.
