SUNSET SEX OFFENDER MANAGEMENT BOARD

I am the Senate sponsor of this bill by Rep. Ryden. The bill extends the repeal date for the Sex Offender Management Board for another 5 years. It also updates some definitions, reorganizes the provisions regarding the appointments to the board, changes some requirements for treatment of sex offenders, and establishes a formal grievance process.
